Let’s take a common side dish that most of us have in our freezer, and lets add some FUN to it. Not every dish has to be an elaborate creation that takes hours to prepare, sometimes it is just takes looking at a dish and going “How can I make this different?”
Sriracha-Ranch Corn relish

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corn ( peaches & cream)
- 2 tbs Ranch dressing
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Cook the corn according to the directions on the bag then drain
- Stir in the Ranch dressing
- Stir in the sriracha sauce
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese
- Serve
- add a dash of some fresh cracked pepper to taste if you’d like
If you have a couple of extra minutes, crisp up some bacon first then crumble it into the dish. Not a fan of Ranch dressing or Sriracha, try blue cheese dressing and hot sauce.
