Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups corn  ( peaches & cream)
  • 2 tbs Ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh cracked pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the corn according to the directions on the bag then drain
  2. Stir in the Ranch dressing
  3. Stir in the sriracha sauce
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese
  5. Serve
  6. add a dash of some fresh cracked pepper to taste if you’d like

If you have a couple of extra minutes, crisp up some bacon first then crumble it into the dish. Not a fan of Ranch dressing or Sriracha, try blue cheese dressing and  hot sauce. Have some fun finding your perfect pairing!! Please give this recipe a try and then leave me a comment and let me know how it turned out.  Enjoy!!
