As the city ramps up for Le Burger week next week, and we start taking the classic burger and adding brioche this and aioli that, I’d like to do a quick survey on the original king of burgers… The Fat Boy!! A big burger on a big bun, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chili, mustard, mayo, and ketchup. Great on its on or perfect to over indulge with a side of fries and gravy!
